When should I expect my case?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location but you can expect your case to reach you within 7-10 days.
I have not received my confirmation email.
Please check your Spam/Junk emails folders. If you have still not received anything after 48 hours please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return my case/get a refund?
We hope this will never be the case but if you would like to return your item please get in contact with us via email within 4 weeks of receiving your item.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
We will need you to contact us via email no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will need you to confirm the address that the order was shipped to and we may ask you to speak to your local post office to try and locate the lost order. If it is confirmed that the order is lost, we will cover the cost of shipping out a replacement to you!
How do I know if my order was placed succesfully?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive anything within 24 hours then please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Are your cases really Eco-Friendly?

Can I track my order?
A tracking number should appear within the email confirming that your case has been shipped out (usually within 24 hours).
My product has arrived damaged.
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you!
